1. Data we process
FANSVERSE may process account information such as email, FAN ID, account status and sponsor relationships; KYC metadata submitted for compliance review; verified wallet addresses and wallet-ownership proofs; reward, staking, claim and membership records; and technical security logs required to operate and protect the platform.
2. Why we process it
Data is used to authenticate members, maintain the referral genealogy, perform KYC and eligibility checks, operate reward and staking ledgers, verify wallets, process claims, prevent abuse, support audits, and provide member and administrator dashboards.
3. Wallet and blockchain data
Public blockchain addresses and transactions are inherently visible on their respective networks. FANSVERSE does not control public blockchain records once a transaction has been broadcast.
4. KYC and sensitive information
KYC is subject to controlled review. The public member interface should expose only the minimum identity state needed for the relevant workflow. Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases or authenticator secrets as KYC evidence.
5. Security
FANSVERSE uses authentication, session controls, MFA for administrator access, server-side authorization, security headers, audit records and wallet verification controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention and requests
Operational, financial, compliance and security records may be retained when necessary for legitimate platform operations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations. Privacy or data-protection enquiries can be sent to admin@fansverse.org.
7. Third-party services
Some functions rely on infrastructure, blockchain networks, market-data providers, email delivery, hosting or wallet software operated by third parties. Their own privacy terms may apply when you use those services.
8. Changes
