1. Platform scope
FANSVERSE provides fan identity, membership, community, reward, staking, wallet, market-information and claim functionality. Availability can vary by user, jurisdiction, eligibility, technical readiness and approved partner program.
2. FAN token
FAN is a BNB Smart Chain utility and reward token. Token prices can change and liquidity may be limited. Displayed market prices are informational and are not guaranteed execution prices.
3. No guaranteed returns
Nothing on FANSVERSE guarantees profit, yield, token appreciation, investment performance or a fixed future return. Staking rewards, when offered, depend on funded and approved program rules. Past or illustrative values do not predict future outcomes.
4. Member responsibilities
Members must provide accurate registration and KYC information, protect account credentials, use only wallets they control, comply with eligibility requirements and avoid misuse, fraud, manipulation or unauthorized access.
5. Referral and leader programs
Referral relationships and network rewards are governed by active platform rules and verified activity. Network participation does not create a guarantee of earnings. Rewards can require account, KYC, membership, funding or other qualification conditions.
6. Claims and settlement
Claims are subject to balance availability, wallet verification, KYC, risk controls, liquidity and settlement status. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation.
7. Market and third-party information
Market information can be sourced from exchanges, on-chain liquidity pools or data providers. Third-party names, marks, clubs and leagues remain the property of their respective owners. Display does not itself imply partnership or endorsement.
8. Service availability
FANSVERSE may pause, restrict or modify functionality for maintenance, security, compliance, liquidity, technical incidents or risk management. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service reliability, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Football fan infrastructure and club commerce
FANSVERSE may provide infrastructure for approved club memberships, supporter identity, ticket or merchandise campaigns, sponsor activations, voting, matchday experiences, rewards and other club-commerce programs. Club-specific availability depends on separate commercial authorization, technical integration and applicable law.
10. FAN and club-token interoperability
Where supported, FANSVERSE may provide routes for eligible users to convert or swap FAN with supported football-club tokens through approved liquidity and execution infrastructure. Availability, pricing, fees, liquidity and regulatory eligibility may vary. Display of a club token does not itself imply a partnership with the relevant club.
11. Strategic club interests
FANSVERSE may use its own corporate treasury to acquire publicly traded shares or other permitted strategic interests connected with football clubs, subject to internal approval, market conditions, applicable securities law and any required disclosure. Such corporate holdings do not give FAN holders, members or referral participants any ownership, dividend or other securities rights unless a separate legally compliant product expressly provides those rights.
